                                                              Yoga at  Primary school

At primary school you can choose between a sequence of 5 or 10 lessons.
Sequence of 5 lessons   € 250

Seperate workshop  € 50

At primary school we split up the class in three groups.
Scientific research has proven that Yoga at primary school improves the learning-skills.
It enhances the concentration-skills and creates peace and a feeling of harmony between the children.
In group 1 and 2 as well as in the higher groups 4 till group 8, it shows that children are more relaxed and make better results.
With older children the yoga teacher explains what is the function of Yoga and how to make good use of it in tense moments.

Breathing-exercises, relaxing-exercises, mantra-singing -independent or as a part of meditation-,
mutual massage by the children, dancing freely, these are all aspects of the yoga lesson that help them to concentrate better and to relax and to deal with the classmates in a more loving way.
Children learn to create a more positive self image, also by positive affirmations.
